Article I Public Access

§ 43-1 Policy established.

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 P.S. § 66.1 et seq., the Borough has established a Policy and Rules Regarding Requests for Access to Public Records, a copy of which is attached hereto.[1]

§ 43-2 Adopted as procedure for access.

Said policy and rules are hereby adopted as and to be the procedure for access to public records of the Borough.

§ 43-3 Amendment. [1]

Said policy, rules and related fees may be amended from time to time by resolution as Borough Council may deem appropriate.
