Upon the adoption and implementation of the Town Manager Plan of the Town of Topsham, any reference to "Town Administrator" in any action of the town, including but not limited to the Code, ordinances or regulations, shall be deemed to refer to the Town Manager. The Town Manager Plan shall prevail over any inconsistent or incompatible provision in the Code, ordinances or regulations. Any provision or action which may otherwise be provided by town ordinance under the Town Manager Plan and is otherwise provided by ordinance shall remain in effect unless specifically repealed or amended.
[An ordinance adopting Parts I and II of the Topsham Code and accepting the renumbering and reorganization of existing ordinances, as well as minor nonsubstantive changes, is presently proposed before the Town Meeting. Upon final adoption, it will be included here as Article II of this chapter.]
