Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall
be warned in writing for each offense. The warning shall include the
date, the time, and a description of the violation.
A.
After two warnings have been issued, the licensee will be notified
that they must appear before the municipal officers within 10 days

for suspension or revocation of any special amusement permits which
have been issued under this chapter.
B.
The municipal officers may, after a public hearing preceded by at
least 10 days' notice to the licensee and other interested parties,
suspend or revoke any special amusement permits which have been issued
under this chapter on the grounds that the entertainment so permitted
constitutes a detriment to the public health, safety, or welfare,
or violates any Town of Bethel ordinances, or sections of any ordinances,
articles, bylaws, or rules and regulations.
