Definitions.
The following words or terms, for the purposes of this article, shall
be taken to mean as follows:
Bulk trash shall be the items that are listed as bulk trash in this definition and no other items. Bulk trash shall be any items that are either too large or too heavy to place in the standard containers that are required under § 60-5 of Chapter 60 of the Code of General Ordinances. The following items and no other items shall be considered bulk trash: air conditioner, TV antenna, barbecue grill (without the propane tank), bathtub, bed frame, bricks, box spring, cabinets, carpet (only if rolled and cut into four-foot lengths), chair, couch, sofa, dehumidifier, dishwasher, dryer, doors, down spouting, freezer (only if door is removed), golf clubs, lawn furniture, laundry tubs, luggage, trunks, metal (only if bundled and no more than three-foot lengths), mattress, padding (only if rolled), playground equipment (only if dismantled), pipes (only if bundled and shorter than three-foot lengths), plaster, refrigerator (only if doors are removed), radiator, stove, sink, TV, toilet, toys, trash cans, washer, water heater, wood (only if bundled and less than three-foot lengths) and lawnmowers if the fluids are drained and the tires removed. Any items that are too big to fit into a container prescribed by § 60-5 of Chapter 60 of the Code of General Ordinances that are not on the above-referenced list shall be considered trash that will not be picked up by the Borough of West Conshohocken, and the private homeowner will need to make private arrangements for the disposal of items that are not on the list.

All refuse from animal and vegetable matter which has been
used for food for man (night soil excepted) or which was intended
so to be used.
Any waste that is regulated by any state or federal governmental
agencies and classified by said agencies as hazardous waste.

An individual or individuals, company partnership, firm,
limited partnership or corporation.
Materials which may be recycled, including, but not limited
to, glass (clear, brown or green), aluminum, steel and bimetal cans,
high-grade office paper, mixed paper, newspaper (including newspaper
inserts, junk mail and telephone books), corrugated paper, magazines
and other periodicals, plastic containers (No. 1 through No. 7), and
other materials as may be designated from time to time as recyclable
materials.

All combustible and noncombustible waste materials except
garbage, including the residue from the burning of wood, coal, coke
and other combustible material, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood,
excelsior, leather, grass clippings, leaves, shrubs, branches, yard
trimmings, Christmas trees, tin cans, metals, mineral matter, glass,
crockery, dust and similar matter.
All garbage, rubbish, waste or refuse generated by a manufacturing,
commercial or business concern or by an apartment building which contains
more than three dwelling units.
B.
Usage.
Whenever a particular time of day is specified, it shall refer to
the prevailing time system then in effect.
