The City of North Wildwood shall hereafter be
a part of the district of the Cape May County Municipal Utilities
Authority.

A certified copy of this chapter shall be forthwith
delivered to the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority so
that that body can adopt a resolution approving this chapter and file
its resolution and our ordinance with the Secretary of State of the
State of New Jersey.
