Violations of any resolution by the Columbia County board of
commissioners closing a county road, or limiting the classes or types
of vehicles or weights of vehicles allowed on any county roads or
bridge enacted in compliance with RCW Title 36, shall be punishable
as criminal trespass in the second degree, as designated in the criminal
code, RCW 9A.52.080; provided, that such road has a sign posted in
accordance with RCW Title 46.
