The Columbia County sheriff adopts, attached to the resolution
codified in this section, the custodial care standards for holding
facilities developed by the Washington Association of Sheriffs and
Police Chiefs in lieu of those adopted in Resolution No. 87-16.
The Columbia County sheriff is given the express authority and
discretion to adopt any and all custodial and/or physical plant standards
necessary and applicable to the jail facility of Columbia County,
state of Washington, without the express authority of the board of
commissioners.
