This Part establishes additional specific requirements for certain
specific uses, in addition to the sign, parking, environmental and
other general requirements of this chapter, as amended, and the requirements
of each district. Wherever two requirements conflict, the stricter
requirement shall apply.
A.
For uses allowed within a specific zoning district as "special exception"
or "conditional" uses, see also the procedures and standards for said
processes.
B.
For the purpose of this Part, "Township" shall refer to the applicable
body (Planning Commission, elected officials, and/or Zoning Hearing
Board) associated with review of the particular use and its assignment
as a permitted use by right, conditional use, and/or use by special
exception.
