§ 11.14.010 Adoption of the California Code for Building Conservation, 2001 Edition.

Certain documents are marked "California Code for Building Conservation, 2001 Edition." One copy of this document is on file in the office of the building official. The documents are published by the California Building Standards Commission. The documents, with additions, deletions and amendments set forth in Sections 11.14.020 through 11.14.030, are adopted as the code for building conservation for the building standards of the city of San Bruno, and may be cited as such.

§ 11.14.020 Amendments, additions and deletions to the California Code for Building Conservation, 2001 Edition.

The amendments, additions and deletions to the California Code for Building Conservation, 2001 Edition, referred to in Section 11.14.010 are as set forth in Section 11.14.030.

§ 11.14.030 Appendix Chapter 1 (Seismic Strengthening Provisions for Unreinforced Masonry Bearing Wall Buildings), Appendix Chapter 5 (Earthquake Hazard Reduction in Existing Tilt-Up Wall Buildings) and Appendix Chapter 6 (Prescriptive Provisions for Seismic Strengthening of Cripple Walls and Sill Plate Anchorage of Light Wood-Framed, Residential Buildings) of the Uniform Code for Building Conservation, 2001 Edition adopted by reference.
