The Conflict of Interest Code promulgated by the Fair Political
Practices Commission as the model provisions, as the same may be adopted
from time to time, is adopted as the conflict of interest code for
the city and its designated employees. The Conflict of Interest Code
shall be kept on file with the city clerk and the designated employees
and categories of disclosure shall be set forth by resolution. Nothing
contained herein shall be construed as prohibiting or limiting the
authority of the city to adopt stricter requirements when determined
to be necessary for the public interest.
