Persons desiring to conduct a parade upon the streets of the
City of Rolla shall first make application at least fourteen (14)
days prior to the event date to the chief of police by completing
a form prescribed by the chief of police which shall set forth the
following: the name of the persons of organization seeking to conduct
such a parade; the proposed date and time for the beginning and ending
of the parade; the proposed route to be followed by the parade procession;
the expected number of participants in the parade; an acknowledgement
and acceptance of the Parade Rules as provided by the chief of police
and such further information as the chief of police might require.
