All recreational or other programs conducted in the city’s
parks must be authorized by the city’s director of parks and
recreation. The director of parks and recreation shall promulgate
and enforce any and all rules and regulations necessary to the conduct
of such programs in the city’s parks, including, but not limited
to, softball programs, golf camps, other similar camps, park pals,
diamond skills, NYSCA coaching clinics, other similar clinics, hunter
safety, start smart, and any and all other programs authorized by
the director of parks and recreation.
