District Delineation. In determining which parcels of land shall
be located in the above districts so as to accomplish the intended
purpose of these districts, the Village Department of Planning and
Development and the Village Board shall make use of, without limitation
due to enumeration, all pertinent resources, data, statistics, tables,
charts and maps relating to existing land use, adjacent land use,
soils, future development, and existing and proposed roads and utilities.
