[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. II)]
The issuance of appearance tickets, as authorized by state law
for those violations of this Code designated to be misdemeanors, is
hereby authorized as follows:
A.
The Township Building Official or Township Code Officer may issue
an appearance ticket if the Official or Officer has reasonable cause
to believe that a person has violated a Township building code for
which such Official or Officer is responsible for enforcing.
B.
The Township Zoning Administrator or the Township Code Enforcement
Officer may issue an appearance ticket if the Officer has reasonable
cause to believe that a person has violated any other provision of
this Code which is designated to be a misdemeanor.
