The Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Placid may establish, amend or modify the penalties for violations of this chapter, a local law for parking regulations, by order, rule or regulation, which order, rule or regulation shall take effect immediately and shall be entered in the minutes and made a part of the record of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Placid.
