Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, except Sections 4, 5, and 6, shall, for the first offense, receive a warning letter,
and for the second or subsequent offenses, have said bicycle impounded
by the Borough for a period of from one to two weeks, and/or pay a
fine of not more than $2 and costs of prosecution, or both, at the
discretion of the hearing officer. Any person who violates Section
4, 5 or 6, shall, in summary conviction before a Justice of the Peace
be fined no less than $1 or more than $10, and costs of prosecution,
and in default of payment of fine and costs to imprisonment for not
more than 10 days.
