[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Lodi 5-28-1945 by Ord. No. 611. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Housing Authorities Law of the State of New Jersey,[1] a body corporate and politic, to be known as the "Housing Authority of the Borough of Lodi," is hereby created and established.

The Clerk hereby is authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this chapter with the Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development.
