A.
No person shall ride a bicycle on any sidewalk within
the business district as defined below and shown on the Table below.
B.
For purposes of this section the "business district"
is defined as: Main Street from Moran Square to the Upper Common;
Elm Street from Prichard Street to Academy Street; Boulder Drive From
Main Street to the Upper Common; Academy Street from Main Street to
Elm Street; Putnam Street from Main Street to Boulder Drive; the entire
length of Prichard, Oliver, Fox, Hartwell, Wallace, Grove, Wood and
Central Streets; the entire length of Newton Place, Cottage Square
and Cottage Avenue.

Bicycles may be walked on sidewalks in the business
district and may be ridden on the streets therein in accordance with
all other applicable rules and laws.
E.
This provision shall be enforced by noncriminal disposition.
