In the Business B-5 District, no building shall be erected, altered or used, and no lot or premises shall be used except in conformance with Article XVIII of this chapter.

Side yards shall not be required, except where
adjoining a residential zoning district, in which case the depth of
such yard shall not be less than 20 feet.
There shall be a rear yard, the depth of which
shall not be less than 10 feet, except where adjoining a residential
zoning district, in which case the depth of such yard shall not be
less than 20 feet.
No building shall exceed three stories, nor
shall any building exceed 40 feet in height.
The floor area ratio of a lot shall not exceed
0.60.

All property located wholly or partially within this district shall be subject to Article XXX hereof.
