Any subdivision applicant shall observe the
following general requirements and principles of land subdivision:
A.
In general, the proposed subdivision shall conform to Chapter 75, Zoning, and to the adopted Town Master Plan and Town Official Map, if such documents exist.
B.
Any plats and documents that are submitted must comply
with the regulations regarding the posting of bonds and construction
of improvements and any utilities as provided for in this article.
C.
In addition, the proposed subdivision shall conform
to Town laws and ordinances regulating building construction, fire
prevention, flood hazard construction, sewer service connections,
tree cutting and water service connections.
