Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1962 (MGL c. 90,
§ 18A) is adopted by the City of Chicopee and so constitutes
the pedestrian regulations.
The court way between City Hall and City Hall
Annex shall be blocked off by the installation of post barriers with
signs indicating pedestrian traffic only at both ends of the court
way.
