It is unlawful for the owner or occupant of property abutting
upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area to permit the sidewalk or sidewalk
area adjacent to the property to become a hazard to persons using
the sidewalk or sidewalk area.

It is unlawful for the owner or the occupant of any premises
abutting on any sidewalk in the City of Saxman to allow to accumulate
on such walk snow or ice rendering the same dangerous or inconvenient
for pedestrians.

It is hereby made the duty of the owner or occupant of any premises
abutting on any sidewalk in the City of Saxman to clear the walk of
snow and ice accumulating thereon before 12:00 noon of each day.
