Columbia County hereby adopts the following codes as currently
adopted or hereafter amended by the state of Washington. These documents
are on file and available for review by the public in the planning
department:

Building Code, including adopted appendices;
B.
International
Residential Code, including adopted appendices;
C.
International
Mechanical Code;
D.
International
Fire Code, including adopted appendices;
E.
International
Plumbing Code;
F.
International
Fuel Gas Code;
G.
Ventilation
and Indoor Air Quality Code;
H.
Washington
State Energy Code;
I.
Washington
State Historic Building Code;
J.
International
Property Maintenance Code;
K.
International
Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code.
The above publications are hereby adopted, except where specifically
supplanted, superseded, or altered by the Columbia County Code, as
the Columbia County Code for regulating the erection, construction,
enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion,
occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings
or structures in Columbia County providing for issuance of permits
and collection of fees. Each and all of the regulations, provisions,
conditions and terms, pursuant to the publications referenced above,
are hereby adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this
chapter.
