The Director of Finance or his/her staff will prepare monthly
financial reports detailing expenditures, revenues and bank balances
which will be available within one (1) month following the close of
the fiscal month. These prepared statements will be available to the
public, City Council and City Administration upon completion and request.
A summary of revenues and expenditures will be presented at each City
Council meeting.
