(a) 
Excessive false burglar alarms.
An alarm registration holder is allowed twelve (12) false burglar alarms in a twelve (12) month calendar period with the exception of any false alarm as defined in section 5.02.005. Any response to a subsequent false burglar alarm will result in a response fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each response.
(b) 
Nuisance alarms.
An alarm system shall be deemed a nuisance alarm after twelve (12) false alarms in a twelve (12) month period. Each subsequent response to an alarm shall cause a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to be charged to the alarm registration holder.

The annual fee for a license or permit to manufacture, brew, distill, sell or distribute any wine, beer, liquor or other alcoholic beverage within the city shall be an amount equal to one-half the fee charged by the state for a license or permit to engage in a similar activity.

(a) 
Itinerant vendors.
The nonrefundable permit fee for an itinerant vendor shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). When any person engages in the business of an itinerant vendor through one (1) or more agents or employees, such person shall, in addition to such one hundred dollar ($100.00) fee, pay a nonrefundable permit fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each agent or employee so engaged.
(b) 
Temporary vendors.
The nonrefundable permit fee for a temporary vendor shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per day or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for three (3) consecutive days or three (3) nonconsecutive days if such days are requested in one application and are within a thirty (30) day period. When any person engages in the business of a temporary vendor through one (1) or more agents or employees, such person shall, in addition to such other fees required by this section, pay a nonrefundable permit fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each agent or employee so engaged. The total fee required for a permit shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
(c) 
Handbill distributors.
The nonrefundable permit fee for all persons distributing handbills other than information-only handbills shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When any person engages in the business of distributing handbills other than information-only handbills through one (1) or more agents or employees, such person shall, in addition to such twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee, pay a nonrefundable permit fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each agent or employee so engaged.

The permit fee for a special event shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per event.

(a) 
Annual fee.
The annual fee for each food establishment, other than for dairies, creameries, and milk plants, shall be as follows:
(1) 
1 to 5 employees, per year: $150.00.
(2) 
6 to 9 employees, per year: $200.00.
(3) 
Over 9 employees, per year: $250.00.
(b) 
Temporary food establishments.
The permit fee for any temporary food establishment operating seven (7) consecutive days or less shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for one (1) to three (3) days of operation, and ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each day thereafter, up to a total of seven (7) days. Each subsequent period of operation shall require a separate permit.
(c) 
Reinspection.
Any time that retesting is required due to the fact that “permittee has a discrepancy,” which is discovered by a regular inspection or a reinspection, then a fee equal to the permit fee will be charged for the reinspection.

The initial and annual food hygiene certificate fee shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).

(a) 
Application for certificate of registration.
A person submitting an application for a certificate of registration for a vehicle tow service shall pay an application processing/inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(b) 
Annual fee; duplicate certificate fees.
The annual fee for a certificate of registration is fifty dollars ($50.00). The fee for issuing a duplicate certificate for one lost, destroyed, or mutilated is five dollars ($5.00).
(c) 
Towing fee study.
The requestor or requestors for a towing fee study shall deposit a total fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
