The 2014 National Electrical Code is hereby adopted by reference
and made part of this code as a general standard for electrical equipment
and installation thereof in the city. A copy of the 2014 National
Electrical Code, with approved amendments, referred to herein is on
file in the office of the city secretary for reference and inspection.
References to the “electrical code” shall mean the 2014
National Electrical Code and any amendments adopted by the city council.
