All provisions of the Water Safety Act, chapter 31 of the Parks and Wildlife Code, are hereby adopted and made applicable to the waters of Lake Gibbons and Lake Crook.

No person shall park any motor vehicle at Lake Crook or Lake Gibbons in such a manner as to block the free ingress and egress of ramps provided for unloading and unhooking boats and trailers.

Swimming shall be prohibited at all times in the waters of Lake Gibbons and Lake Crook except in those areas specifically marked or designated as swimming areas.

It shall be unlawful for any person to camp overnight on the premises of Lake Crook or Lake Gibbons, except with a valid permit issued by the city, and within those area(s) designated for that purpose.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or shoot with a firearm other than a shotgun using shot, or with a bow and arrow, on, over, or across any portion of the waters of Lake Crook, or the premises, territory or watershed owned by the city known as Lake Crook, or to hunt or shoot in an area that is not herein designated as an area to be used for hunting purposes.
(b) 
All state laws regulating and controlling hunting and all penalties for violations thereof are adopted and made applicable to Lake Crook property, except so far as the same are in conflict with this division.
(c) 
The boundaries of the hunting area districts are established in accordance with the “Official Second Amended Lake Crook Hunting District Map,” adopted on the 4th day of April, 1996, by Resolution No. 96-027. The districts established are restricted as follows:
(1) 
Districts 8B and 10 are restricted to no hunting.
(2) 
Districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8A are restricted to hunting with bows and arrows only.
(3) 
District 9 is restricted to hunting for geese or ducks in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on that portion of the Lake Crook property being a part of Areas 7 and 8 of the Lake Crook hunting map, which area begins at the sound boundary line and an extension in the same west to its interception of Lake Crook shoreline. Thence in a northerly direction along both sides of 19th Street N.W. to the interceptions of an east-west line tangent to the sound boundary line of the boat ramp parking area which line is extended west to the Lake Crook shoreline and east to the Lake Crook property boundary line. A copy of which map is on file with the city clerk and is displayed at the city police department.
